Casting wax, high and medium temperature precision casting particle, bead shape, high hardness, small line shrinkage, good toughness, good stability, can be used repeatedly. Other water-soluble casting wax, repair wax, bonding wax and other supporting products; Model wax is used as a mold for art casting and precision machine tool processing. Of course, beaded wax is commonly used in jewelry casting.

Application

Casting wax is mainly used to make wax molds of various metal casting restorations. As a casting wax, the flow deformation is required to be less than 1%, the thermal expansion rate is not more than 0.3% ~ 0.6% when 20 ~ 30ºC, high accuracy, good strength, to ensure that the wax mold is not deformed when taking out. Casting wax can be divided into inlay wax and cast metal support wax according to different repair needs. Inlay wax requires good fluidity, suitable softening temperature and small thermal expansion rate. Casting metal support wax, used for casting metal support, base, retainer wax mold, in terms of performance requirements, can be slightly lower than inlay wax. In addition to block and strip shape of casting wax, there are finished mesh wax, wrinkle wax, bracket wax, clasp wax, etc., which can be selected according to clinical needs.
