Product Description

Polyethylene wax is a kind of chemical material, wherein polyethylene wax is white small beads/sheets, formed by ethylene polymeric rubber processing agent, which has high melting point, high hardness, high gloss, white color and so on.

Polyethylene wax is a low molecular weight polyethylene homopolymer or copolymer widely used in coatings. The so-called wax means that the polymer is finally in the form of microcrystalline floating cloth in the coating surface plays a similar but more diverse and practical role than paraffin wax.

The main functions of polyethylene wax in solvent coating film are: matting, scratch resistance, wear resistance, polishing resistance, printing resistance, adhesion resistance, precipitation resistance, thixotropy; Good lubricity and workability; Metal pigment localization.

Main application scope: Can be widely used in the manufacture of master batch, granulation, plastic steel, PVC pipe, hot melt adhesive, rubber, shoe polish, leather brightener, cable insulation material, floor wax, plastic profiles, ink, injection molding and other products.

Application

1. Concentrated master and filling masterbatch. It is widely used in polyolefin masterbatch as dispersing agent. It is soluble in polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene and other resins, and has excellent external lubrication and internal lubrication.

2. PVC profile, pipe, composite stabilizer in PVC profile, pipe, pipe fittings, PE.PP molding process as dispersant, lubricant and brightener, enhance the degree of plasticization, improve the toughness and surface smoothness of plastic products. And it is widely used in the production of PVC composite stabilizer.

3 ink light resistance and chemical performance is good, can be used as a pigment carrier, can improve the wear resistance of paint, ink, improve the dispersion of pigments and fillers, has a good anti-settlement effect, can be used as paint, ink smooth agent, so that products have good luster and three-dimensional.

4. Wax products are widely used in the production of floor wax, automobile wax, glazing wax, candles, crayons and other wax products to improve the softening point of wax products, increase its strength and surface gloss.

 

5. The cable material is used as the lubricant of the cable insulation material, which can enhance the diffusion of the filler, improve the extrusion molding rate, increase the mold flow, and facilitate the demoulding.

6. Hot melt products are used for all kinds of hot melt adhesive, thermosetting powder coating, road sign paint, marking paint, as dispersant, has good anti-settlement effect, and make the products have good luster and three-dimensional sense.

7 Rubber as a rubber processing aid, can enhance the diffusion of filler, improve the extrusion molding rate, increase the flow of the mold, release convenience, improve the surface brightness and smoothness of the product after film removal.
