Description

 

Microcrystalline wax odorless, tasteless, white amorphous amorphous solid wax. It is from the residual residue of petroleum fractionation, with solvent extraction and chemical treatment method to get a high boiling point of long chain hydrocarbons, its composition is C31-70 branch chain saturated hydrocarbons, a small number of ring, branch chain hydrocarbons, melting point of 60-85ºC, and a variety of mineral wax, plant wax and hot fat oil miscible.

This kind of wax is large and ductile. It is not vulnerable at low temperature and can prevent oil from separating out when mixed with liquid oil. Microcrystalline wax with a melting point of 77-80ºC has more or less ductility and is similar to soft earth wax. Microcrystalline wax with a melting point of 88-90ºC is hard and looks like montane wax (lignite wax) in appearance.

Microcrystalline wax can be used as nutrient enhancer, emulsifier, coating agent and lubricant. Microcrystalline wax has good oil absorption performance, and a variety of solvents, waxes to form a stable, uniform paste, and emulsification, can be used as shoe polish, car wax, polishing wax, floor wax, polishing wax, Chinese pills, protective agents, candles, wax toys, dental materials and cosmetics and other processing AIDS. 1. Microcrystalline wax as paraffin improver

Adding a small amount of microcrystalline wax in paraffin wax can change the crystal type of paraffin wax, improve the water permeability and moisture permeability of paraffin wax, increase the flexural resistance, improve plasticity and flexibility, so that the paraffin wax is more suitable for waterproof, moisture-proof, molding, papermaking and other fields.
