Oxidized polyethylene wax is a high temperature polymer oxidation polymerization lubricant, the molecule has a certain amount of carboxylic and hydroxyl groups, is a good performance of functional processing AIDS, for the production of PVC foam board, WPC and other PVC products compared with ordinary oxidized polyethylene has the following advantages:
 

1. Increase plasticization while reducing torque, high soft point, good hardness, improve the finished luster, improve appearance;
 

2. It can reduce the adhesive force of thermoplastic melting and increase the fluidity of melt, improve demoulding and increase production;
 

3. Compared with polyethylene wax, it can significantly improve the compatibility with emulsions, fillers, pigments and polar resins, and has excellent dispersion effect.
 

4. Good heat resistance and thermal stability, can provide good heat resistance for hot melt adhesive (HMA)

5. It has good affinity with polar polymers, inorganic compounds and metal compounds

6. Excellent polishability, self-repair, scratch resistance and durability.

7. Make lubricants in PVC film and transparent film processing industry to improve fluidity and production cycle.

8. Good dispersion of fillers, pigments and polar resins. It can be used as dispersant, lubricant, brightener and coupling agent of pigments or fillers such as concentrated color masterbatch, polypropylene masterbatch, additive masterbatch and filler masterbatch.
