1.Plastic industrial production

Stearic acid is widely used in the production and manufacturing of PVC plastic pipe fittings, panels, aluminum profiles, and films. It is a halogen-free flame retardant for PVC with very good wettability and good light and heat stabilization effects. In plastic PVC pipes, stearic acid helps avoid "coking plants" during the production process. It is an effective halogen-free flame retardant in the production and processing of PVC films. It can also prevent exposure to sulfates placed in it. The resulting film of the finished product will fade.

2. Rubber industrial production

Stearic acid plays a key role in the formation and production of rubber. Stearic acid is a vulcanized rubber surfactant widely used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. It can also be used as a tackifier and softener. In the process of producing synthetic rubber, stearic acid is added as a demulsifier. When producing foam rubber, stearic acid can be used as a foaming agent. Stearic acid can also be used as a release agent for rubber products.
