Product Description

When the rubber products are affected by the external temperature, the rubber protective wax in the rubber products is also affected by the external temperature and migrates to the surface of the rubber products (the migration process is from low temperature to high temperature, from low carbon to high carbon). On the surface of rubber products, a kind of wax film with smooth surface, uniform thickness, good tightness, tight structure, strong toughness, elasticity and strong adhesion is not easy to fall off.

Application:
1. After vulcanization, there will be a tough and dense wax film which protects rubber product against
atmospheric ozone attack. It has a medium rate of migration. Protection develops after vulcanization and
lasts for a long period of time.
2. Special anti-blooming formulation.
3. It has a wide molecular weight distribution and shows as a typical bimodal curve. The recommended
temperature range for protection is -5~45°C.
4. Combined with chemical antioxidant to provide better ozone attack protection.
5. Applied in various rubber products including tire, cable and shoes.
